By purchasing a Snapshot ("the Product") from HighLevel-Queen, you ("Customer," "You") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all sales of Snapshots and related services offered by HighLevel-Queen.

1. Product Description

HighLevel-Queen provides pre-configured Snapshots designed to streamline and automate your marketing processes using Go High Level. These Snapshots include, but are not limited to, sales funnels, automations, email marketing sequences, workflows, and other marketing tools that are ready to be deployed within your Go High Level account.

2. Payment and Purchase

Upon completing the purchase of a Snapshot, you will receive access to the product as outlined in the sales page or description at the time of purchase. Payments for the Product are due in full at the time of purchase. The prices and payment methods available will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of our Snapshots. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 10 days of the date of purchase. Refund requests after the 10-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for the refund, you must:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that refunds will only apply to the Snapshot purchase itself and do not include any third-party fees, taxes, or associated costs.

4. Access to the Snapshot

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive instructions to access the Snapshot. HighLevel-Queen will provide support in setting up the Snapshot, but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their Go High Level account is compatible with the Snapshot and that any necessary integrations are properly set up.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You have a valid and active Go High Level account or are able to create one in order to use the Snapshot.HighLevel-Queen is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that occur due to problems with your Go High Level account or any third-party integrations.

6. Use of the Snapshot

The Snapshot is licensed to you for your personal business use only. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share the Snapshot with others. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Snapshot and its components remain with HighLevel-Queen.

7. Support and Updates

HighLevel-Queen offers limited support for installation and initial setup of the Snapshot. Support does not extend to ongoing customization or long-term management of your Go High Level account. We reserve the right to provide updates to the Snapshot at our discretion. These updates may include bug fixes, optimizations, or new features, and will be made available to you based on the version of the Snapshot you purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HighLevel-Queen’s liability to you for any claim related to the use of the Snapshot is limited to the amount paid for the Snapshot. In no event shall HighLevel-Queen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the Snapshot.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HighLevel-Queen, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Snapshot or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any legal action or proceeding under these terms shall be brought in the courts of South Africa.
